The Point at Del Mar is a new business park development consisting of refurbished and new buildings on the site of the former Del Mar Motel in the Livingston city limits. The property is fronted by Route 10, the access road to the east side of Livingston from Interstate 90, exit 330. This is the exit commonly used for travel to and from Bozeman. Commercial space is laid out in a visually interesting ways with mountain views and ample parking areas. Montana Land Investment, LLC is developing a Livingston business park on the four-acre site of the former Del Mar Motel. Nick Currie and his father Robert Currie, President of MLI are remodeling some of the buildings, rebuilding on the site of others, and building new ones on the site of this Livingston landmark.. They are developing the property with community input to meet the demand for commercial space in the area.
