The Point at Del Mar is a new business park development consisting of refurbished and new buildings on the site of the former Del Mar Motel in the Livingston city limits. The property is fronted by Highway 10, the access road to the West side of Livingston from Interstate 90, exit 330. This is the exit commonly used for travel to and from Bozeman and where the newly proposed railroad underpass will be located.

Nick Currie and his father Robert Currie, President of MLI, are remodeling some of the buildings, rebuilding on the site of others, and building new ones on the site of this Livingston landmark. They are developing the property with community input to meet the demand for commercial space in the area.

The first phase of construction is the completely renovated main lodge. Most units, like the Tamarack, can be configured to suit most businesses needs. There are also several buildsites for sale or the developer will build to suit. CAD drawings and plans.
